In store Return/Exchange Policy
We gladly accept product returns through exchange or by store credit only. If an item is to be returned, it must be brought in within 14 days of purchase with original receipt.
Items will only be accepted if they are unopened and unused while in their original packaging, and/or with tags attached (no ripped or torn packages will be accepted).
Some items are considered Final Sale and are excluded from this policy (see Exceptions below).

Please note shipping and handling fees on all online orders are non refundable.
If you are unhappy with your items purchased online, we gladly accept returns (less shipping and handling fees) within 14 days of purchase as long as the items are unworn, unused, in their original packaging and/or with tags attached (no ripped or torn packages will be accepted).
Simply notify us by emailing email@example.com about the item being returned.
The shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. We will not accept any packages with Cash On Delivery charges.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), the refunds will be processed online and refunded to the original payment method used in the online purchase.
We do not accept returns of below items that are considered final sale.
We unfortunately do not offer exchanges for online purchases at this time. Please return your items to us within 14 days of purchase in its original condition and we will refund you the amount of your order to the original payment method used online for the order (less shipping, handling fees and applicable taxes).
You can then place a new order for the new size or colour required.
Collecting your order in store
We are happy to offer free collection in store for online orders.
Please note any orders cancelled without pick up will be subject to a $10 restocking fee.

If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
If you consider that a product is defective, please promptly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact the manufacturer and try to resolve the issue.
